it is 1.8 GB in size because it includes everything, from IT security to development tools. And to be honest: a 2 GB USB stick costs 10-15 Euro, and a DVD some cents?

Why is it 1.6 GB most Cd's aren't that large unless it was designed for Dvd-R or Dvd-Rw. If so you guys might want to let people know so they can get Dvd-R's or Dvd-Rw's to burn DVL. To be honest I think these kinds of tools in the right hands can make a big difference.

DVL stays at BT2. Overall it is now an own branch and system and will move away from BT3. BTW: old stuff is perfect for DVL since it is more vulnerable ;)

Try to run the application from a console windows. Does it work there? The following might be the causes:

1. The module is not packed correctly
2. The module is fine but we have the following problem: I assume that you click the menu entry. The app starts to run but exits. If the menu entry has not checked that it should run in a console you will see nothing. It might be that this is a console app only, so it shows you only how to use it but it can not show since it does not run in a console windows!

As well have a detailed look when DVL starts. Does the module loads correctly?

Thanks for the distro.
l'm having a little trouble installing .lzm modules.l'm using it off a USB stick.
l put spoonwep2.lzm in the modules folder.l've also installed it through clicking the .lzm file.lt tells me everything's right. Also used 'lzm2dir spoonwep2.lzm /' from command line and it looks like all went well and it's there in the Backtrack>radio program list. However, when l click on the program it doesn't open.Any ideas.Thanks.
